His brother was 1,5 yrs and sister was almost 3 yrs...I had broken ankle and had to wear plaster for six weeks.<br />Best regards to your mom!!Susannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10349109131416018747noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8759813497004409554.post-26836847367606876502012-01-31T11:17:34.999-05:002012-01-31T11:17:34.999-05:00Thanks, Stacy. I have a tough time understanding how those without financial resources afford health care and child care in this country. I suppose they take on debt.Mari Passanantihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06899493114555183048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8759813497004409554.post-33945185524611959942012-01-31T11:00:08.389-05:002012-01-31T11:00:08.389-05:00I wonder how they do it too. I can't imagine what it would have been like with kids. In July, I had a small surgery and my son was over the advised weight limit to lift. We did a lot of improvising with the regular routine. No lifting into cribs or playpens, no stairs, etc. We don't have family here and didn't have a lot of friends at the time. Made me realize the importance of a larger support network. I recently needed child care for something and reached out to people in a mom's group and some neighbors. I found the help I needed. You might also be able to find a babysitting coop or another mom to barter a service with to cut costs. Best of luck.Stacy S.
