I ...Hey! I wandered over here from Writer Unboxed.<br /><br />I live in Texas. Well, Austin, which plenty of people don't think of as the same thing. And the thing is, my son has long hair. Lots of boys around here do (it is Austin), but he gets called a girl several times a week. Although, no one has scolded me about it. Sure, my mother-in-law would like it if we made him get his hair cut, but she tries to keep that opinion to herself.<br /><br />It is amazing to me how hair is such an issue for both genders.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
